Our Junior Infants had a fantastic time this week stepping back in time and making their very own homemade butter! With just a jar, some cream, and lots of shaking, the children were amazed to see the cream turn into real butter right before their eyes. Best of all, everyone got to taste the butter on some plain biscuits. Delicious!
