Our 4th Class pupils, together with their teacher Mrs O’Dwyer Ryan, did a wonderful job organising this year’s Chick for Rick fundraiser. The children worked very hard knitting bright, colourful chicks, decorating posters and sourcing chocolate eggs. They were delighted with the amazing support they received from our local community. Thanks to everyone who donated and helped make this fundraiser such a success.
The funds raised this year will go to St. Anne’s Day Care Centre and the Men’s Shed in Roscrea, a group that Ricky Moloney was a valued member of before his passing last year. Ricky was the brother of our school principal Ms. Molony, making this fundraiser very meaningful for our whole school community.
